When will I get my RT-PCR results?
Your sample will be sent to BioGrad Diagnostics’ own laboratory (located in Liverpool Science Park). Your results will be provided within 24 hours of your appointment or from when your sample arrived at our laboratory.
How long does it take to receive my certificate for antigen testing?
IN CLINIC TESTING:
Antigen tests certificates will be issued within 3-5 hours after the appointment for Warrington & Bootle clients.
Antigen test certificates for Liverpool Airport clients will be issued within 60 minutes.
POSTAL TESTS:
Antigen test certificates will be sent within 3-5 hours of successful data submission, assuming that all details are correct (if submitted between 8AM-10PM. If submitted outside of this timeframe certificates can take up to 12 hours).

What do I need to know about my appointment?
You must wear a face-covering throughout your visit unless you are exempt.
Only those being tested will be allowed entry to the testing facility. With the exception of children under 16- an adult is able to attend the appointment also.
Please bring your passport or National ID card with you, these are the only documents we can accept to confirm your identity. Our team will not be able to accept a copy of these.
If you require any special assistance please contact our Customer Service Team in advance so that this can be arranged.
Please bring along your own pen.
Don’t eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes before your appointment.
How long in advance should I book my test?
Our clinics are very busy and as soon as you have made firm travel plans you should arrange your tests either via our postal service or in clinic to avoid disappointment.

Our clinics are open 7 days a week and our laboratory operates 7 days a week 7:30AM-12PM
Our clinic opening times are as follows:
Bootle: 8AM-7PM
Warrington: 8AM-6:30PM
Liverpool Airport: 8:15AM-7:40PM
Can I turn up at one of your clinics without an appointment?
Bootle & Warrington clinics:
No, we cannot accept ‘walk ins’ at our clinics, all appointments must be pre-booked.
However if you are struggling to book your appointment online you can come into one of our clinics where our staff can assist you.
Liverpool Airport clinic:
Yes, you can attend this clinic without pre-booking.
If I order a postal test kit, when can I expect it to arrive?
All postal tests should arrive within 48 hours of purchase, you can add Royal Mail 24 tracked delivery at checkout for £4.99. Order before 3pm for next day delivery.
Please allow extra delivery time over weekends and Bank Holidays as Royal Mail operate a reduced service.

What tests/services do BioGrad Diagnostics offer?
BioGrad Diagnostics offer a range of SARS-CoV-2 testing including:
• Pre-travel RT-PCR including certificate (in clinic & postal)
• Pre-travel Antigen including certificate (in clinic & postal)
• Pre-travel Video Verified Antigen test (Postal)
• Certificate of recovery – proof of recovery from COVID-19 (Emailed certificate)
• Pack of 5 or 10 Antigen tests (Not suitable for travel)
• General PCR screening (Not suitable for travel)
What do I need to complete before I get tested?
You will be sent a booking confirmation and instructions via email. Typically you will be asked to complete the following:
• Personal Details Form (All testing)
• Public Health Data (in clinic testing only)
It is important to ensure all bookings are made using the name of the person who is to be tested.
How do I return my home test kit?
All of our PCR home test kits arrive with a Royal Mail Tracked 24 returns label provided, these must be posted in a priority post box. You can find your nearest priority post box here.
How do I know if my sample has arrived at the Laboratory?
With each PCR kit you receive from BioGrad Diagnostics you will receive a BioGrad Diagnostics returns bag in which to send your sample back to us. This bag has a Royal Mail Tracked 24 label attached to it. If you keep a record of the Tracking Number under the Royal Mail barcode you can track the progress of your sample back to BioGrad Diagnostics here.
We advise customers take a picture of this label on their phone for future reference.

What happens when I arrive for my test?
We ask all our clients not to arrive more than 5 minutes before their appointment to allow for social distancing.
On arrival at the clinic, you will be asked to provide your passport and complete a test request card in full ensuring all details are correct, this card will accompany your sample throughout the testing journey.
Once you have completed the check-in process, a member of the nursing team will conduct your test.
