What to do if your holiday is cancelled or delayed.
Here at BioGrad we understand that your holiday is extremely important to you, and those few weeks away can give many people a much-needed break. In the unfortunate event that your holiday is cancelled or delayed we have policies in place to help you cancel or change your appointment or return your unused kit to us.
In-Clinic testing:
All in-clinic tests can be cancelled or rearranged if there is more than 24 hours before the appointment, within 24 hours of the appointment these can only be rearranged however if you contact the BioGrad clinical team they will endeavour to solve any issues you may encounter.
When cancelling appointments, you may have to provide details of your cancelled or delayed flights/holiday information to our clinical team, this is due to government guidelines surrounding the cancellation of tests and requiring proof of this, alternatively, appointments can be cancelled directly through the BioGrad Diagnostics website.
Postal tests:
If you have ordered a postal test and your holiday is delayed, you are able to contact the Clinical team on 03466561725 who will be able to change any required information for you.
If you have your holiday cancelled and you would like to request a refund, you must send the test kits back to us to be able to process this for you. To do so we have a form on our website which needs to be filled out prior to posting your tests back to us. You also need a note of your original order number. Additionally, when sending postal test kits back to us, you must take note of the tracking number on the returns label, this ensures we can track your test and check it has arrived at our laboratory so we can process any refunds you may be entitled to, without this information, we cannot grant a refund.
