We understand that going abroad can be very stressful, so here at BioGrad we want to make the testing process as simple and stress-free as possible for you.
With this in mind, we have launched a new click and collect service at our Liverpool facilities!
This way you can administer your covid test in the comfort of your own home while avoiding the postage costs and delivery times. Our click and collect service allows you to drop off your completed test with us, giving you the confidence that your test has arrived safely at our laboratory and speed up your wait time. If you would like to use our click and collect service, simply just go to our website home page! Here you should see an option for the click and collect tests. Once selected, choose which type of test you would like. We offer pre-travel, day 2, day 8 and test to release (Day 5) tests through this service. Once purchased, your test will be available to collect 24 hours later from our Bootle clinic.
When dropping your test back off, you have the option to either come back to the Bootle clinic or drop it directly at our Liverpool Science Park location, where our laboratory is situated. If you would like to do the latter, you must ring the buzzer for reception and physically hand it over to one of the receptionists, to ensure that the test can be processed straight away.
Either way, whether dropping off in Bootle or the Science Park, your test will take no longer than 24 hours for pre-travel and test to release, up to 72 hours for day 2 and up to 48 hours for day 8, from the time that you drop off your test with us.
